Zat\u00edmco t\u0159eba rychlostn\u00ed cyklistiku m\u016f\u017ee d\u011blat pom\u011brn\u011b intenzivn\u011b, s\u00a0gymnastikou a podobn\u00fdmi aktivitami bychom m\u011bli postupovat velmi opatrn\u011b. Ov\u0161em plat\u00ed to i naopak \u2013 dobr\u00fd tren\u00e9r um\u00ed sv\u00e9 sv\u011b\u0159ence motivovat a udr\u017eet jejich nad\u0161en\u00ed.\u00a0Je pak ot\u00e1zkou, zda nen\u00ed nakonec nejlep\u0161\u00ed nechat si d\u011bti voln\u011b hr\u00e1t \u2013 tady si kopat s\u00a0m\u00ed\u010dem, t\u00e1mhle l\u00e9zt po prol\u00e9za\u010dk\u00e1ch, a podobn\u011b. Bohu\u017eel, jak ji\u017e bylo \u0159e\u010deno, je to n\u011bco, co v\u011bt\u0161ina rodi\u010d\u016f z\u00a0obavy o bezpe\u010dnost ned\u011bl\u00e1, a to ke \u0161kod\u011b d\u011btem.
